CEO’s Unfathomable Gifted Wife Chapter 36

chapter 36 Simple Chat

Leyla and Claire drank a whole bottle of red wine.

Leyla fell asleep with drunkenness, and after an unknown amount of time, she was finally awakened by the sound from the piano room upstairs in the villa.

Rosie’s vocal talent was good, otherwise, Professor War- ren would not accept her as a student.

But in Leyla’s heart, she never liked the sound of Rosie’s vocal practice.

When her daughter went to practice in the piano room, Leyla didn’t even want to stay in the villa.

Claire had already left, and her driver took her home.

Leyla looked around and didn’t see her husband who was probably out for business.

She stood up, swaying a little because of the tiredness.

But the soprano sound that kept coming from upstairs seemed to be urging her to leave the house quickly.

Leyla felt like a big rock was pressing against her chest, and she finally breathed a long sigh of relief when she walked into the courtyard of the villa and could barely hear Rosie singing.

Suddenly, she saw a figure in white ‘wiggling’ gently on the lawn in the yard.

0.00%

That was Coral, she wore a white shirt and white pants,

playing Yoga.

It was already sunset, and Coral was like a cloud. Her moves were proficient and smooth, and every move seemed to be natural and peaceful.

Leyla admired her flexible move, which was more power- ful than dancing. She was stunned for a while, and she com- pletely forgot the depression just now, and even the drunken- ness was swept away.

Until Coral stopped changing positions Leyla couldn’t help but ask.

“You are very skilled in Yoga, where did you learn from?”

As soon as the question was over, Leyla regretted it.

Coral was from the countryside, so it was impossible that there was a Yoga class.

But… regret?

Leyla was proud of her whole life, and what she hated most was the word ‘regret’!

“I taught myself.” Coral said indifferently, “There are many Yoga teaching videos on the Internet.”

Her words had always been, simple, so she would not mention that she practiced yoga to reduce the frequency of narcolepsy attacks.

“You have learned very well. I know some nice yoga teach- ers, and you are better at controlling your own body than them.”

Leyla also wanted to say that with Coral’s strong learning ability, if she could study hard, she might be able to make a difference in the future…But Leyla hesitated.

Make a difference?

An orphan who dropped out of high school to work and had no parents, what could Coral do?

Now that she could replace Rosie to marry Albert Blake, even in Leyla’s view, it was the luckiest thing in her life.

Leyla was surprised that she had chatted with Coral if be- fore, she was too lazy to talk nonsense with this so-called adopted daughter.

Rosie’s singing voice sounded from time to time from the villa, so Leyla would rather chat with Coral now.

With Coral, she was surprisingly relaxed.

“Did you eat something?”

Not knowing what to say, Leyla found a random topic.

Coral nodded, “I cooked the noodles and just finished eat- ing.”

Leyla was stunned for a moment and frowned, “You cooked noodles yourself? Where’s the nanny?” She was feel- ing annoyed again.

They hired the senior nanny for 5000 USD a month. Even if Coral was the adopted daughter, she was also the daughter of the Clowde Family. How could she be needed to cook the noodles by herself?

“I don’t know,” Coral replied with only three words.

She really didn’t know where the nanny was.

When Claire was showing off her power, Coral was sleepy again.

So she and drunken Leyla both missed dinner time.

As for the nanny, Darbi, she only cooked dinner for Odin and Rosie, and then hurried out the door without preparing meals for Coral at all.

All of a sudden, a rumbling sound was from Leyla’s stom- ach.

Leyla, who was aristocratic and dignified, felt embar- rassed a lot and her face flushed.

She was hungry, but from a rich family, she had never cooked, so she knew nothing about cooking.

Coral looked Leyla up and down and asked, “Would you like me to cook you a bowl of noodles?”
